European Banking and Financial Law Journal -EUREDIA is a quarterly journal, in English and French,
wich is the only legal journal to be specifically dedicated to articles and colums on European banking and
financial law, the importance of wich keeps increasing over the years. It therefore fills a gap considering
that most law journals examine banking and financial law from a mainly national point of view.

European Banking and Financial Law Journal - EUREDIA brings in-depth examination of current topics, comments
on case law, the presentation of institutions or associations operating at the European level, and several
sections wich allow the reader to closely follow new developments in European banking and financial law
(European legislation, European case law and a review of books and articles in the specific area).

La Revue Européenne de Droit Bancaire et Financier - EUREDIA est une revue trimestrielle, en langue
française et anglaise, qui est la seule revue juridique qui a pour vocation spécifique de publier des
articles, de la jurisprudence et des chroniques qui portent sur le droit bancaire et financier européen dont
l'importance continue de croître d'année en année. Elle comble ainsi une lacune par rapport aux nombreuses
revues juridiques qui abordent le droit bancaire et financier prioritairement sous l'angle du droit
national.

Dans la Revue Européenne de Droit Bancaire et Financier - EUREDIA vous trouverez des articles de fond, une
jurisprudence commentée, une présentation des institutions ou associations qui opèrent au niveau européen
ainsi que plusieurs rubriques qui permettent au lecteur de suivre les développements du droit bancaire et
financier européen (la législation européenne, la jurisprudence communautaire, la revue des revues et la
revue des livres).
