The multilingual International Journal of Procedural Law (IJPL) provides an international research platform for scholars and practitioners in the field of procedural law, especially in civil matters.

In addition to articles in five different languages examining current developments in judicial and alternative dispute resolution, the IJPL also publishes articles devoted to the theoretical foundations of procedural law. Contributions address legal issues from domestic, transnational or international perspectives, including comparative law and conflicts of law aspects. Consequently, the IJPL is not only of interest for scholars but also for practitioners in charge of cross-border cases.

The IJPL is published twice a year. Each issue consists of five parts: Studies, Practice, Debate, Legislation and Information (book reviews, interviews, conference summaries). Articles must be written in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish and will be published in the language in which they have been submitted. Preliminary abstracts in the other languages of the IJPL inform the reader about the central points of each article. The IJPL is the journal of the International Association of Procedural Law.

La Revue Internationale de droit processuel (RIDP) fournit une plateforme de recherche internationale pour les chercheurs et praticiens dans le domaine du droit du procès, spécialement en matière civile.
Dédiée à l’ensemble des modes de règlement des conflits, juridictionnels ou non, la RIDP entend rendre compte de l’évolution de l’actualité procédurale mondiale aussi bien que des réflexions de type plus théorique sur les principes et les fondements du droit processuel.

A vocation académique autant qu’à destination des praticiens du contentieux, la Revue internationale de droit comparé est publiée deux fois par an, chaque numéro comportant une partie Doctrine, une partie Pratique, une partie Débats, une partie Législation et une partie Informations (bibliographie, colloques, etc.).

Les contributions sont rédigées en allemand, anglais, espagnol, français ou italien. Publiées dans la langue dans laquelle elles sont soumises, elles sont précédées d’un sommaire dans les autres langues de la revue, ce qui permet au lecteur d’être informé de manière rapide des points centraux de l’article.
La RIDP est la revue multilingue de l’Association internationale de droit processuel.

Die mehrsprachige Internationale Zeitschrift für Prozessrecht (IZP) ist die Fachzeitschrift der International Association of Procedural Law. Ziel der IZP ist die Bereitstellung einer internationalen Forschungsplattform für Wissenschaftler und Praktiker im Rechtsgebiet des Verfahrensrechts, insbesondere des Zivilprozessrechts.

Neben Aufsätzen in fünf verschiedenen Sprachen, die sich mit der Untersuchung von derzeitigen Entwicklungen in der gerichtlichen und alternativen Streitbeilegung beschäftigen, veröffentlicht die IZP auch Aufsätze, die den Grundlagen des Prozessrechts gewidmet sind. Beiträge befassen sich mit Rechtsthemen aus einer innerstaatlichen, grenzüberschreitenden oder internationalen Perspektive, einschließlich rechtsvergleichender und international-privatrechtlicher Aspekte. Somit ist die IZP nicht nur für Wissenschaftler sondern auch für Praktiker mit länderübergreifenden Rechtsfällen von Bedeutung.

Die IZP erscheint halbjährlich. Jede Ausgabe besteht aus fünf Teilen: Doktrin, Praxis, Debatte, Gesetzgebung und allgemeinen Informationen (Buchrezensionen, Interviews, Tagungsbeiträge). Aufsätze können auf Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch geschrieben werden, veröffentlicht werden sie in der Sprache, in der sie eingereicht worden sind. Dem Aufsatz vorausgehende Kurzbeschreibungen in den anderen Sprachen der IZP informieren jeden Leser über die relevanten Punkte des einzelnen Aufsatzes.
